Abordará la necesidad, trascendencia y eficacia de la reforma al fuero militar presentada por el Gobierno, como respuesta a la inseguridad jurídica y las dificultades interpretativas que frente al tema se presentan, con el fin de permitir unas reglas claras para una justicia penal militar confiable y que brinde garantías a los militares, sin dejar de lado el respeto por los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional Humanitario.This article analyzes the military justice, present in Article 221 of the Colombian Constitution, in the context of the recent events that attracted political, legislative, judiciary and academic attention to a topic which for many years was relegated.
