description Teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento del sector agrícola en el país, concretamente en la vereda Alto del Manantial, ubicada en el municipio Tocancipá (Cundinamarca) a escasos minutos de la capital de la republica y ante la falta de conocimiento del leasing como opción de financiamiento para mejorar el desarrollo de las actividades diarias de la gran mayoría de personas que habita en este sector en el cual un 90% se dedican a realizar actividades agrícolas, se abordará el tema del leasing financiero como motor para el crecimiento y mejoramiento continuo de las prácticas agrícolas en el sector, incentivando a la adquisición de maquinarias adecuadas para la realización de dichos trabajos, en pro de una mejor calidad de vida para las personas que habitan en este sector.
