Description
Summary:"This essay called ""public policy for sport in Colombia focuses on sports law having regard to the collection that will allow all interested in the subject, know the rules have been applied in relation to this issue. It is clear that the sport has changed through history in an activity implicit in human life, which becomes increasingly more important. And therefore must be an activity regulated by the Colombian government, which must ensure that all involved know their obligations and rights against the different activities thus allowing them effective is through the management and administration of the different actors the National System for Sport. Finally it must be remembered that Colombia is a social rule of law that requires state agencies to be effective in meeting and achieving the goals of the State through management and public administration. This means that the rights and duties of citizens and state agencies should not be in a formulation of theory but an activity that is involved in public service where it should ensure and foster the quality of life of citizens. It is here where the sport is a component to do this, not in vain the World Health Organization and some other international organizations like the United Nations has emphasized the importance of sporting activities taking into account that improve personal skills, overall health and also generate a positive impact on communities that practice. We conclude that Colombia can not be oblivious to the global guidelines in relation to sport"
