Dentro de los hallazgos relevantes se podrá evidenciar que la inclusión de las tecnologías 4.0 marcaron en definitiva un punto de inflexión respecto a los procesos efectuados por las compañías aéreas en su operatividad y en el modelo de negocio; mediante la maximización de la productividad y efectivad por medio del impacto tecnológico, disminuyendo sustancialmente los costos, basados principalmente en una solida, simple y homogénea estructura organizacional y operativa, fiel a la caracterización del modelo low-cost como concepto, dando como resultando un crecimiento exponencial durante la ultima década. |
