Es importante resaltar que las fases de la prospectiva estratégica están enfocadas a proyectar a las organizaciones en el tiempo, de tal manera que se puedan cumplir los propósitos y objetivos de las mismas y particularmente para garantizar su sostenimiento y desarrollo. En este sentido se identifican a lo largo del documento los conceptos de cada una de las fases de la prospectiva estratégica y su injerencia para determinar la viabilidad o no de los proyectos que se desarrollan en las organizaciones de forma cotidiana. Es claro que cualquier proceso debe estar no solo orientado al cumplimiento de la misión, si no a la suma de elementos que se pueden constituir en la base para alcanzar las metas propuestas en la visión de la empresa. Por otra parte, es determinante la tendencia de las organizaciones a la prospectiva estratégica, como una solución vital para que la dinámica económica de un país esté orientada al desarrollo. Para el caso de la Alta Gerencia es necesario integrar todos los elementos posibles para garantizar la viabilidad de los proyectos y ello indudablemente se marca mediante estudios prospectivos que serán el insumo para que se surta el proceso de toma de decisiones estratégicas, de tal manera que se puedan anticipar los cambios del medio y de los elementos tecnológicos todo esto, para producir el mayor provecho en los campos económicos y sociales, los cuales sean oportunos hacia la construcción benéfica de los territorios del futuro.The present argumentative essay relates the importance of strategic prospective for organizations emphasizing the positions of some experts in this area of knowledge such as Michel Godet and Philippe Durance. It is important to emphasize that the phases of the strategic foresight are focused on projecting the organizations over time, in such a way that the aims and objectives of the same can be fulfilled and particularly to guarantee their sustainability and development. In this sense, the concepts of each of the phases of the strategic prospective and its interference to determine the viability or not of the projects that are developed in the organizations on a day-to-day basis are identified throughout the document. It is clear that any process must be oriented not only to the fulfillment of the mission, but to the sum of elements that can constitute the basis to reach the goals proposed in the vision of the company. On the other hand, it is determinant the tendency of the organizations to the strategic prospective, like a vital solution so that the economic dynamics of a country is oriented to the development.
