Especialmente en dar claridad sobre la como la visión se hace explícita y compartida, y se comunica claramente en términos de metas e incentivos que se usan para centrar el trabajo, asignar recursos y concretar planes de acción. Además, dentro del documento se plasma la importancia y la forma de crear un cuadro de mando integral el cual permite orientar a la organización hacia donde quiere ir, para ello es importante unir dos elementos la planeación y la dirección estratégica en función de las metas organizacionales.The main objective of the work is to identify the importance of translating the strategy in terms of a Colombian SME operation, especially targeting these companies since they are many who fail because it does not create a culture is about the importance of objectives to guide different variables such as income, internal, and external customers among others. Specially to give clarity on the how the vision becomes explicit and shared, and communicates clearly in terms of goals and incentives that are used to focus the work, assign resources, and concrete action plans.
