description La salud es un derecho sustantivo de los colombianos, el ejercicio de dicho derecho enfrenta situaciones complejas que requieren ser atendidas, de hecho los ciudadanos se enfrentan a deficiencias al recibir dicho servicio, ante tal situación la presente investigación pretende indagar la injerencia del liderazgo inteligente y la aplicación de normas de responsabilidad social empresarial en las diferentes instituciones de salud, como factores importantes para crear un verdadero entorno saludable tanto en los colaboradores de cada una de estas organizaciones, como en las personas que buscan este servicio; entendiendo la salud de manera integral tanto física, mental, psicológica y emocionalmente.
