Socio-economic conditions and population education sectors within a school context are essential , as such conditions within schools should be the most suitable for the emotional, academic and educational development of students within a District Educational Institution for that reason the rights of children should prevail over the particle. Every human being from the moment of conception has the cognitive ability to retain its most representative those subconscious things that can save memory , which is why children from age 0 to age six , has the ability to learn easier to hold events of their daily lives and represent a spontaneous way to society , the family and the educational community. That is why the Mayor of Bogotá with the Early Childhood Program aims to include educational institutions in the district for children Pre-K Garden and their cognitive potential to develop at an early age, this is achieved by having a good and wholesome food. The development of this document identifies the positive and negative side of the implementation of the Early Childhood in the District colleges Fourth St. Christopher Parish UPZ July 20.

Las condiciones socioeconómicas y poblacionales de los sectores educativos dentro de un contexto escolar, son imprescindibles, por tal motivo las condiciones dentro de los centros educativos deben ser los más adecuados para el desarrollo emocional, académico y educativo de los estudiantes dentro de una Institución educativa. Cada ser humano desde el momento de su concepción tiene la capacidad cognitiva para retener en su inconsciente aquellas cosas más representativas que la memoria pueda guardar, es por esto que los niños desde la edad de los 0 hasta los seis años, tienen la capacidad de aprender más fácil, de retener sucesos de su diario vivir y representarlos de una manera espontánea ante la sociedad, la familia y la comunidad educativa. En la actualidad la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá junto con el Programa de Primera infancia apunta a incluir en las Instituciones Educativas Distritales a los niños de Jardín y Pre- Jardín para que se desarrolle su potencial cognitivo a temprana edad.
