description El manual de seguridad de la información permite determinar las fortalezas y debilidades que tiene la organización frente a los activos de información, conocer el estado actual ante seguridad de información y sus controles, con el fin de crear estrategias que minimicen las amenazas que impactan la vulnerabilidad organizacional. Basado en una investigación de campo y documental se pudo establecer el nivel de madurez actual en que se encuentra la organización por medio de encuestas, revisión de documentos e igualmente, se realizaron visitas a las instalaciones y se revisaron aspectos de seguridad física haciendo una valoración inicial a los controles establecidos por la Norma ISO 27001:2013.
