description Toda empresa u organización necesita tener bien definido un plan de acción en procura de cumplir ciertas metas y objetivos; esto está ligado a la imperiosa necesidad de tener al frente de toda la organización una persona o grupo de trabajo con una formación profesional adecuada y que se tenga muy en claro cuál será el método con el cual llevara a cabo todas sus funciones; logrando proyectar a la empresa convirtiéndola en una de las mejores en el medio; teniendo siempre presente que el objetivo principal es la satisfacción del usuario; en este caso en términos de seguridad, eficiencia y rapidez. En este ensayo se observara el actual perfil requerido para ocupar los cargos en la Aerocivil; que por su naturaleza, son los responsables de tomar decisiones; las cuales sin duda afectan las operaciones aéreas y el desarrollo de la aviación civil en nuestro país; el desarrollo del tema busca llegar a emitir unos conceptos, sobre cómo se puede optimizar el proceso de selección; para que puedan ser compartidos con la dirección de talento humano en busca de mejorar el manual de funciones; esperando a corto plazo se pueda ver reflejado en una Aerocivil cada día más equitativa, honesta, profesional, respetable, solidaria y transparente; cualidades que hacen parte de los valores institucionales adoptados por esta importante entidad del estado.
