De esta forma, se presenta cómo el concepto ‘Dignidad Humana’ más allá de una definición formal, es representada y adherida ante una situación real para la comprensión de su definición, sin necesidad en recaer en métodos tradicionales de transmitir y reproducir ‘saberes’.The present argumentative essay in addition to describing a current phenomenon on pedagogical practice in the subject of Introduction to Law, proposes alternatives for the consolidation of a Basic Educational Standard concerning Academic Research with a socio-critical approach; German seminars, debates, real practice of legal situations, personal and group research projects, methods by which students generate social reflection regarding the application of legal norms.
