description En este documento podrá encontrar un análisis realizado en la multinacional DHL en el cual se busca evidenciar una posible mejora al área de transportes de esta organización. Dentro de las posibles soluciones a implementar se podrá observar un análisis que se hizo entrando a revisar operaciones similares a las que se desean mejorar, entre ellas se decidió investigar en operaciones de alta necesidad de control como lo son las operaciones aéreas, las cuales requieren de controladores aéreos que a todo momento estén monitoreando y haciendo estricto seguimiento; también se optó por estudiar los centros de control de las urgencias hospitalarias en vista que manejan tiempos de atención bastante estrictos y en parte tienden a asimilarse con las urgencias tecnológicas que DHL atiende hoy en día.
