El gobierno hace esfuerzos para disminuir y castigar este flagelo, pero aun las instituciones están muy débiles, la corrupción aun tiene un brazo muy poderoso en la política del país, porque el prevenir debe venir de lo mas intimo tanto de las instituciones como de los funcionarios que las conforman. Otra parte importante en este eslabón es la comunidad, la cual también tiene la misión de vigilar a los funcionarios que los representa. |
