With Polygraph Training to Schools obtained are looking to create a space of understanding, reflection and need for employment in the military sector where the use of this tool can prevent situations that affect the fulfillment of the mission and Institutional image derivative acts and threats such as corruption , the plans of the various organizations outside the law and drug smuggling as problematic are the order of the day in our society. Considering the need to understand the importance of a polygraph examination which is practiced as a scientific tool to assess the reliability of a person seeking to enter the institution and prevent risks or vulnerabilities in the exercise of his rank and position, is designed this essay as to raise the need for an interagency agreement to companies that perform these assessments for staff who wish to enter training schools commissioned officers for the year 2014 in the Colombian Air Force.
