En este artículo se realiza un análisis completo del proyecto para la construcción de la infraestructura educativa, de aulas y baterías sanitarias temporales en el departamento de Risaralda, tomando como base una información inicial suministrada y analizada de acuerdo a la herramienta y a las posibles conclusiones que se pueden sacar de los resultados obtenidos. |
