Description
Summary:Latin America has been a region from the time of the Spanish and Portuguese colonization in the fourteenth century, has undergone significant changes due to wars suffered either by the release for subsequent formation of independent republics or dictatorships that were generated in the twentieth century, and revolutions to which some countries clashed. These facts have led to public policies are implemented in order to increase the military strength and thus counteract the economic and social impact of the conflicts that have arisen, but generating consequences as the decline in public investment in education and health, leading people to feel directly the impact of war. This document will show a summary of the major conflicts of the Latin American continent, highlighting the most important events of the twentieth and twenty-first century, followed by an analysis of the policies implemented in the public budget of the countries in conflict and then conclude on the influence that generated re policies.
