description En la presente investigación se abordan las reflexiones realizadas por Diego Armando Pérez en su ensayo Liderazgo Empresarial, a través de las cuales se busca analizar la importancia de orientar el liderazgo empresarial según planteamientos de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en las compañías. A su vez se busca considerar la forma para orientar el liderazgo empresarial a partir de los modelos actuales de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en las organizaciones, resaltando la relevancia del líder empresarial y su papel fundamental y responsable dentro del contexto socio-económico y político, estrechamente relacionado con el compromiso con el entorno social y el medioambiente, y el desarrollo sustentable del país. Por último se sugieren algunas estrategias orientadas en armonizar la inclusión y el desarrollo humano, con el crecimiento productivo y competitivo de las organizaciones (Pérez, 2012).
