| Summary: | In Colombia the contracting state station is the means by which the state acquires benefits and services so that they can execute their purposes, objectives and goals. Law 80 of 1993, the principles of responsibility, economy and transparency, are the three pillars of this law, and they will be the fundamental basis of any bidding process in the country, in turn it will be the mechanism by which the conditions for those who wish to participate in these processes is sought on an equal basis. In order to fulfill their objectives. The Ministry of Education has made investments in their information system and technological resources to support both the management of its different dependencies, as well as the Secretaries of Education and the Higher Education Institutions, in addition to the Basic Education Institutions and Media country, accepting the provisions in the article 5, numeral 5.4, Law 715 of 2001; which states in the matter of Education, that the Nation must “Define, design, regulate and maintain an information system of the education sector”; so that with this they can support the different missionary aspects of preschool, basic, secondary education, and in turn manage to train for higher work and the different support processes. |
