En este ensayo se estudia el caso específico de la implementación del diseño organizaconal en la petrolera Pacific Rubiales Energy, empresa importante a nivel nacional en Colombia y que empieza poco a poco a establecerse a nivel mundial. Se encontró que gran parte del éxito de la compañía se debe al buen desempeño y a las buenas políticas de estructura organizacional llevadas a cabo dentro de la empresa.
