Evaluation of the general de system royalties

This document seeks to establish the change in the assignment in the General System of Royalties (SGR). To improve the distribution and the territorial equity of the royalties, Since the exploitation of subsoil belongs to all the Colombians in turn they will have to be distributed these between the same population in order to improve the quality of life of the Colombians and there are solved the basic unsatisfied needs in education, health, drinkable water and sewer, the infant mortality diminishes and be invested in other productive initiatives and of high place I affect the regions.
