In addition, the importance of creativity and narrative in the production process is mentioned. The research presents a methodology to address the challenges of remote teamwork in a 2D animated short film, using online communication tools and real-time collaboration platforms to improve work coordination, trust and accountability. Some helpful strategies are also provided for addressing the challenges of remote teamwork, such as setting clear expectations, establishing a regular schedule for the team, and encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
