description El presente trabajo desarrolla un modelo para la identificación de los impactos generados en responsabilidad social empresarial por una compañía a todas las partes interesadas. Este modelo tiene sus bases en la matriz Quality Function Deployment, en la que se observan interrelaciones entre dos variables, adecuada a parámetros cómo: ¿Qué impactos genera la compañía y como los genera?, adicional a esto, se puede medir cuantitativamente cuál de esos impactos es el de mayor relevancia para tratarlo con prioridad, y cuáles son sus valores de referencia. La matriz puede ser utilizada por cualquier tipo de empresa la cual podrá visualizar de forma muy sencilla los impactos generados y priorizarlos para así tener una base de trabajo para el desarrollo de sus estrategias de responsabilidad social empresarial. Para la implementación de esta matriz requerirá de información relevante a su actividad diaria y necesariamente debe acudir a su objetividad y conciencia para que el modelo arroje datos veraces.

This model is rooted in Quality Function Deployment Matrix, in which we can observe relationships between two variables, with suitable parameters such as: What are the impacts generated by the company and how it generates them?, also, It can be measured quantitatively which of those impact is the most important to treat it as a priority, and what are their reference values. The matrix can be used by any company in which it can visualize easily the impacts and prioritize them in order to have a working basis for developing their corporate social responsibility strategies.
