En Colombia se ha intentado mejorar este proceso de planeación en los entes del Estado, además se han creado estrategias para realizar una planeación interterritorial como los esquemas asociativos, estos esquemas, sus características, sus ventajas y en especial la posibilidad de lograr las regiones especiales de planeación es el tema central del presente ensayo. |
