description Por medio del siguiente proyecto se realizará el diseño del sistema de gestión ambiental de acuerdo a la Norma NTC ISO 14001:2015, para una IPS en la ciudad de Bogotá, encargada de prestar servicios de salud de tercer nivel de complejidad, buscando orientar sus decisiones y esfuerzos para alcanzar un buen desempeño ambiental, dar cumplimiento a la normatividad ambiental legal vigente, prevenir y minimizar el impacto ambiental generado por sus actividades y mejorar la imagen institucional. Para este diseño se definieron tres etapas: inicialmente se realizó un reconocimiento a la norma, se realiza además un autoconocimiento de los diferentes procesos de la organización y las actividades ambientales que se han realizado. Posteriormente se encuentra la etapa de planificación en donde se identifican las partes interesadas, se determina el marco legal vigente, se realizan propuestas para la construcción del alcance, política ambiental, se define metodología para la identificación y evaluación de aspectos e impactos ambientales. Finalmente se definen los objetivos ambientales con metas, actividades y recursos necesarios para la implementación de cada uno de ellos y el sistema de comunicación de cada uno de los lineamientos establecidos.

Three stages were defined for this design: initially, a recognition of the standard was made, a self-knowledge of the different processes of the organization and the environmental activities carried out. Subsequently is the planning stage where stakeholders are identified, the current legal framework is determined, proposals are made for the construction of scope, environmental policy, methodology is defined for the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts.
