Este ensayo representa la necesidad de un progreso claro de una sociedad que busca constantemente un cambio, utilizando como herramienta principal la investigación, desarrollado e incorporando métodos y normas para estandarizar las operaciones aéreas. Las Aeronaves Aéreas no tripuladas UAV buscan una posición en sector aéreo donde las barreras tecnológicas se desarrollan de acuerdo a la provisión de recursos y una industria sostenible, para que la política establezca relación clara y armoniosa con la utilización de las mismas para inspección y supervisión tanto en la aviación civil como del estado, lo que resalta desde luego que ante esta nueva tecnología se debe establecer un cambio cultural de una sociedad positiva evitando accidentes e incidentes aéreos. No basta que la Aeronáutica Civil se limite a establecer una normativa cuando la industria exige incorporación de un sistema estructurado de una nueva tecnología que avanza hacia nuestro país. |
