Impulsando a las empresas ser cada vez más efectivas y rápidas en la aprovechamiento de estos cambios, encontrando herramientas y procedimientos que articulen de forma correcta la implementación de la tecnología en sus proyectos y permitan cumplir de manera rigurosa los niveles de servicio definidos con sus clientes, es así como la gestión de la innovación se ha convertido en una herramienta de gestión que cada vez toma mayor relevancia en la dirección de proyectos en empresas de Telecomunicaciones.Telecommunications and technology companies have evolved exponentially, this reality has made it possible to improve the quality of life of its users by making information available in a timely manner, but at a national level, the products and processes generated for communication antennas (also called "signal carriers") must be adhered to under international standards, an aspect that forces telecommunications companies to stay ahead of the technological changes that arise and have qualified personnel that can implement them and adapt them to the core processes of the organization.
