La iniciativa del Gobierno Nacional en representación de la Aerocivil tiene como función de promover la correcta operación, manejo y desarrollo de las terminales, en consecuencia a lo anteriormente mencionado y con el ánimo de obtener una administración pública-privada de los aeropuertos se estableció el sistema de otorgamiento de concesiones a empresas o consorcios para que se encarguen por su cuenta y riesgo de la administración, modernización, expansión, operación, explotación comercial y mantenimiento del área concesionada. De esta forma se generan las obras de modernización, ampliación y mantenimiento del Aeropuerto Yariguies-Barrancabermeja que a partir de metodología experimental y los modelos PSM se quiere determinar si el proyecto produjo los efectos deseados en cuanto a bienestar y si esos efectos son atribuibles a la intervención. Dentro del alcance del estudio se utiliza información obtenida mediante encuestas personales dirigidas a grupos objetivos y los resultados de toda esta información nos servirán para concluir si la iniciativa de las concesiones es apta para la sociedad y la explotación de los aeropuertos en Colombia. |
