description El Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión, fue adoptado mediante Decreto 1499 de 2017. Este integra 17 políticas que forman parte del MIPG. En el desarrollo del presente artículo se presentan los resultados obtenidos a partir de la investigación realizada en 4 entidades territoriales de categoría sexta donde se evidenció que falta fortalecer la política de Gestión del conocimiento y la innovación a través de herramientas que permitan en la presentación del informe al final de los contratos de prestación de servicios profesionales y/o de apoyo a la gestión informar los aspectos que quedan pendientes por resolver, las lecciones aprendidas y las buenas prácticas que deberían continuar. De otra parte, se observó que no se lleva trazabilidad de los formatos que son generados por los contratistas para el cumplimiento de sus actividades lo que generó que cuando el contratista se desvincula los formatos sean cambiados y no se tenga una uniformidad en la entidad, lo que en un momento determinado puede generar reprocesos. En relación con la metodología desarrollada fue necesario realizar encuestas para identificar la manera como se están trabajando las políticas al interior de las entidades. De igual forma se hizo necesario realizar verificación en la página del SECOP para determinar el tipo de contratos que se suscriben en las entidades territoriales por no contar con suficiente personal de planta para cumplir con obligaciones asignadas por la ley a estos Municipios.

This integrates 17 policies that are part of the MIPG. In the development of this article are presented the results obtained from the research carried out in 4 sixth category Territorial Entities where was evident that the knowledge management and innovation policy needs to be strengthened through tools that allow the presentation of the report at the end of the contracts for the provision of professional services and / or management support to inform the aspects that are pending for solve, lessons learned and good practices that should continue. On the other hand, it observed that there is no traceability of the formats that are generated by the contractors for the fulfillment of their activities, which means that when the contractor separates the office, the formats are changed and there is no uniformity in the Entity, which at a given time it can generate reprocesses.
