Aunque es un tema que no se atreven muchos a seguirle la pista o asumir para su profundización los investigadores de las universidades, pues de una u otra manera puede generar molestias en los directivos de estas organizaciones educativas, las pocas investigaciones existentes se han centrado en tratar de resaltar la dignidad de los educadores en las instituciones universitarias, los diversos reconocimientos que se deberían hacer a su labor y que en muy contadas excepciones se realizan.
