What colombia need for matching the post in human development index of norway?

The following essay seeks to make a comparative analysis between Colombia and Norway mainly emphasizing the resources with which account Colombia and making a proposal for the optimization of these same looking to increase human development index, it is clear looking at the population, Territory and current living conditions. Moreover also the essay tries to give an alternative for improvement in fundamental issues of human development, such as Education, Environmental Sustainability, Gender Equality, Health, Human Security Income / composition of resources, inequality, mobility, communication, Poverty , trade, financial flows, Labor, Employment and Vulnerability to change the country to allow our imagination and demonstrate the installed capacity of Colombia as the ability and competence to meet these standards of living that other countries have. First 9 countries HDI, 4 above Colombia and 4 countries below this nation according to its population, territory and GDP are compared, then it is taken to Colombia and begins to compare only with Norway in each variable HDI so that you can objectively analyze each of the strengths and weaknesses that need to achieve these indicators, also trying to generate equivalence to allow more accurate and appropriate interpretation in relation to our country the issue. And ended with the interpretation of the strengths and weaknesses analysis of presenting an alternative improvement to give us a better vision of the country.
