El objetivo es generar respuestas al por qué este tipo de empresas fallan en sus procesos logísticos y por ende su inserción en el mercado es un poco más lenta que la de las demás compañías. Se interrelacionan elementos y se identifica su aplicación para generar soluciones y de esta forma plantear una estrategia logística nueva que soporte el crecimiento y haga frente a la competitividad, que hoy en día es uno de los factores más complejos de la economía mundial, basados en procesos sistémicos y sincronizados. |
