description El presente artículo se enfoca en analizar las diferentes medidas de reparación integral que tienen las víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano, a través de una investigación de carácter cualitativo aplicado a lo largo del proyecto, la cual permitió concluir que el Estado ha creado medidas de reparación integral de manera individual y colectiva, que buscan el restablecimiento de sus derechos, a través del cumplimiento de las políticas públicas del gobierno nacional en aplicación de la normatividad vigente y del acatamiento de los fallos judiciales, lo cual contribuye a la reducción en condenas para el Estado colombiano en los fallos judiciales y en la trascendencia de estos casos ante sistemas internacionales de protección de derechos humanos.
