El proyecto consiste en la implementación y desarrollo de un sistema de información que permita mejorar el proceso de gestión de información en las distintas gerencias que componen la organización ANI, mediante el uso de estrategias tecnológicas (Información, modelación web, bases de datos etc.) El objetivo es innovar en el proceso de la gestión documental de estas gerencias a través de la integración de la información y documentos de cada uno de los procesos que se llevan actualmente. La implementación del proyecto la cual se organizó bajo los estándares establecidos por el PMI, permitiendo así estructurar de una manera más organizada y bien definida el proyecto, comenzado por la definición del alcance donde se determinó los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales que llegaría a tener el sistema, junto a las personas que los gestionaría, seguido de ellos se pasó a la planificación donde se identificaron las actividades y sus recursos tanto físicos como humanos, necesarios para llegar a completar cada fase del proyecto, además se llevó acabo toda la parte de estimación de costos, y determinación el presupuesto necesario para cada fase del proyecto, en la parte de ejecución se logró con el equipo de trabajo estructurar cada módulo de gestión del sistema teniendo en cuenta el alcance definido con anterioridad, para el control de estas actividades se tuvieron reuniones definidas donde se mostró el avance realizado en cada fase del proyecto, y ya para su entrega final se acordó una reunión donde se podría en funcionamiento el sistema con todas la información entregada. Con el desarrollo y puesta en marcha de este sistema de información documental se mejoraron los procesos administrativos y los servicios de gestión de información del sistema, haciéndoles agiles y fáciles para el usuario que lo gestione, con estos las consultas de los procesos internos serán más efectivas y más puntuales. Además su puesta en marcha hizo más segura la información ingresada en él, ya que sus módulos de seguridad y su base de datos en un servidor externo, podrán ser útiles para respaldar en cualquier momento dicha información. |

The Project Implementation which was structured under the standards established by the PMI, allowed structure in a more organized and well defined the project, starting with the scope definition where determined functional requirements and nonfunctional would come a have the system, together to the people who would manage, followed they do next step to the planning where identified the activities and resources were required to get to complete each phase of the project, in addition was carried out the part of cost estimating , and the budget required for each phase of the project, in the part of execution was achieved with the team work structure each module system management given the defined scope previously, for the control of these activities did have defined meetings where showed the progress made in each project phase, and already for final delivery was agreed a meeting where it could operate the system with all the information delivered. With the development and implementation of this documentary information system were improved the administrative processes and services management information system, making them agile and easy for the user who manages, with these the consultations internal processes will be more effective and more specific reserves.
