Through Decree 364 of 2013, the mayor of the city of Bogota, having recourse on articles 12th of Law 810 of 2013 and 8th of Decree 4002 of 2004, proceeded to change the Plan for Territorial Organization, introducing important changes in definition of the course of the capital for the next years, being of vital importance for citizens to know their scope and identify and main points that have been modified. |

Para el caso de Bogotá, el plan de ordenamiento territorial fue aprobado a través del decreto 619 de 2000 y posteriormente a través de los decretos 469 de 2003 y 190 de 2004 se realizaron algunos ajustes menores en su definición, sin embargo la ciudad en la última década ha sufrido un importante cambio a nivel social, económico y de infraestructura que no se reflejan consecuentemente en la ruta trazada por el POT del año 2000.
