description El planteamiento sobre los conocimientos de organizaciones internacionales y los derechos humanos articulan esencialmente la propuesta del ensayo para definir la idea sustancial de reconocer a las OOII como sujetos promotores de derechos especialmente de los derechos humanos como materia de estudio que representa un fundamento de desarrollo en la formación académica y particularmente en el curso internacional del cual se obtiene el objetivo de investigación, finalmente se propone un enlace de estos dos elementos de estudio (OOII y Derechos Humanos) con la herramienta teórica que se contempla como derrotero conceptual en el ensayo que corresponde a la corriente de la globalización.
