description Debido a la importancia de la planeación e implementación estratégica en las organizaciones, proporciona esta una visión global a las PYMES en Colombia al desarrollar un ejercicio cuidadoso y dedicado en cada etapa se pretende indagar acerca de los resultados de este proceso y la tendencia actual hacia la implementación de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad analizando la relación entre ambas y lo que esperan las PYMES desde cada escenario. La norma ISO 9001:2008 contiene los requisitos mínimos a cumplir las organizaciones para certificar sus productos y servicios de calidad por tanto identifican los procesos que giran en torno a este; actualmente distintas entidades apoyadas por el Gobierno promueven la implementación y certificación en esta norma tales como Cámaras de Comercio de las distintas ciudades e ICONTEC, teniendo en cuenta esto se analizaran los impactos generados.
