Esta nueva Ley exige al ejercicio de la profesión un estudio exhaustivo frente a las evidencias recaudadas, así como, una introducción más técnica y formal de las mismas al proceso penal. Es claro entonces, que se aplicaron técnicas establecidas en la forma de recolección, embalaje y rotulación de estos elementos materiales probatorios, y que como resultado de esta aplicación, se da claridad y buen manejo a la evidencia obtenida a partir de este documento.

The new system started to be enforced only in few regions of the country and now it is enforced all across the nation. That´s why, in the practice of the legal profession, there´s a need of a comprehensive study of the evidence collected since 2005, as also a need of a more technical and formal introduction of the evidence to the process established in the new accusatory system.
