Este estudio tuvo como objeto evaluar técnico y financieramente tres productos del mercado, que tienen características físico- químicas, métodos constructivos y un valor económico diferentes; siendo este último, un factor determinante en la construcción de vías y sus etapas de mantenimientos periódicos y rutinarios. Se pudo determinar mediante observaciones y aplicaciones en campo, que los tres productos analizados (concreto de alta resistencia, mortero de alta resistencia y epoxicos compuestos por resinas) cumplen lo exigido para la reparación optima de un pavimento rígido, afectado por el ataque químico producido por los lixiviados presentes en la centrales de abasto de Colombia y que cada uno posee características propias para intervenir áreas de 0 a 15 m2, condiciones químicas para su elaboración y aplicación, sus costos económicos y finalmente la durabilidad en cada uno de las áreas por intervenir.
