| Summary: | Organizational communication has become a key cohesive and efficient element for the operating of different areas of the organizations. It is important to implement systems of internal communication, so that the members of this are integrated around the goals and corporate philosophy. However, corporate communication is still a challenge for most firms in Colombia, so this paper presents an analysis of why the lack of this element and proposes tools for its implementation and improvement. Based on the question how the implementation of strategic communication management can affect the Army? , Taking this institution as an example, two objectives within the document were developed from the study of the Communication Plan of the Institution that allow the reader to identify the importance of strategic communication in the institution, finding that there are still shortcomings in the implementation of this, so the paper proposes strategies for improving the program proposed by the Army. |
