Citizen Participation Policy (PPC) for the Bogotá Metro Line 1 Project (PLMB) implemented by the Bogotá Metro Corporation (EMB) with the aim of guaranteeing Actions taken by citizen participation in each stage of development First metro line of Bogotá, thus promoting a proactive citizen role, and effective control and supervision of project management through information, advice and two-way constructive dialogue between communities, franchisees and Metro de Bogotá SA.
