El presente ensayo tiene por objeto analizar la variación de los costos asociados a la contratación de insumos de la unidad de cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Militar Central, esto con en primera instancia, teniendo en cuenta la emergencia sanitaria presentada en el año 2020 respecto a la pandemia de COVID – 19, es por esto que los periodos de estudio se encuentran entre la vigencia 2019 a 2022. En este sentido, se presenta una clasificación de insumos correspondientes a la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Militar Central, con el fin de conocer todos aquellos elementos y/o insumos que forman parte del desarrollo de las actividades de esta unidad productiva de la entidad, en donde se presenta cuales fueron aplicados por sus respectivos grupos en cada vigencia analizada, para finalmente detallar los componentes de los insumos anteriormente mencionados. Posteriormente, se procede a realizar el análisis económica de los costos asociados a la contratación de insumos en esta unidad productiva del Hospital Militar Central, en primer lugar de los costos globales por vigencia para posteriormente detallarlos por grupo de insumos por cada vigencia y finalizando con un análisis comparativo de las vigencia 2019 a 2022, analizando las variaciones más significativas de las cifras presentadas en el informe de costos generado por la entidad y su correlación con el impacto generado por la pandemia de COVID – 19. |

In this sense, a classification of supplies corresponding to the Intensive Care Unit of the Central Military Hospital is presented, in order to know all those elements and/or inputs that are part of the development of the activities of this productive unit of the entity, which presents which were applied by their respective groups in each period analyzed, to finally detail the components of the previously mentioned inputs. Neste sentido, apresenta-se uma classificação dos insumos correspondentes à Unidade de Terapia Intensiva do Hospital Militar Central, a fim de conhecer todos aqueles elementos e/ou insumos que fazem parte do desenvolvimento das atividades desta unidade produtiva da entidade, que apresenta quais foram aplicadas pelos seus respectivos grupos em cada período analisado, para finalmente detalhar os componentes dos insumos mencionados anteriormente.
