| Summary: | This essay is an analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 10.3 and 17.17 within the strategic lines of the Zipaquirá Development Plan, in the 2020-2024 period. First, equality is recognized as the purpose of what is proposed in the 2030 Agenda. The objective is not to guarantee privileges, it is to recognize and satisfy the deficiencies in basic needs that the most disadvantaged population groups have. In addition, the importance of alliances that are sustainable over time is recognized and that through articulated work between the public and private sectors, the population and international media, the highest possible social welfare is achieved. In other words, these SDGs are recognized as dire cting tools in terms of goals and results that are projected in a given period of government, in addition to functioning as a unifying anchor in the behavior of what is proposed in the different levels of government of the country. |
