Para el caso de las tesorerías públicas es necesario visualizar dentro de los documentos que soportan las actividades que en ellas se desarrollan el cumplimiento de los lineamientos legales y la aplicabilidad de los manuales orientadores; los manuales son para el tesorero y para las personas que desempeñan dichas funciones, una guía de orientación que le permite realizar de forma correcta sus responsabilidades.
