En este ensayo se pretende exponer los antecedentes de la guerra interna en Colombia y un posible escenario de pos conflicto, que esboza profundos desafíos, empresariales, políticos, sociales y económicos. Luego de la firma de un acuerdo de paz con las Farc, podrían continuar largos años de un complicado y exigente proceso de construcción de una paz sostenible y duradera, que requiere un esfuerzo y apoyo del sector empresarial, pero que al mismo tiempo, expone la seguridad de las empresas en cuanto a la contratación de personal que hiciera parte del conflicto armado , pero a pesar de esto, requiere la colaboración de todos los sectores de la sociedad colombiana, para que el acuerdo se pueda llegar a las regiones y población vulnerable por medio de las empresas. En este sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo, es demarcar un posible escenario de posconflicto en Colombia y la exposición de la seguridad empresarial de acuerdo al apoyo brindado por las empresas, esto en un hipotético acuerdo con las Farc, teniendo en cuenta por supuesto, la paz desde las poblaciones involucradas en más de cinco décadas de confrontación armada en Colombia. |
