description En una institución educativa concurren múltiples actores y acciones tanto internas como externas, las cuales configuran una organización compleja, un reto para los rectores y rectoras en términos de dirección de sus organizaciones en términos administrativos, financieros y pedagógicos en medio de un panorama algo confuso en ocasiones, debido a la incertidumbre que genera el entorno político, económico, social y territorial. El presente documento busca entonces plantear la importancia en formar a los rectores y rectoras en aspectos gerenciales para el funcionamiento unánime de los aspectos administrativos, pedagógicos, técnicos y humanos de manera con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento optimo de los objetivos del sistema educativo y por ende los institucionales.
