Todas las actividades que se encuentran en la investigación criminal, y en especial aquellas que se encuentran enmarcadas en la constitución nacional, la legislación interna de las instituciones que cuentan con funciones de Policía judicial, busca dar celeridad, transparencia y eficacia en los procedimientos que llevan a cabo los servidores. Es primordial que los servidores ya sea oficiales, suboficiales, servidores con funciones de Policía Judicial así como los estudiantes del pregrado en la carrera de derecho, obtengan los conocimientos básicos de las actividades que llevan a cabo en los actos urgentes, con el fin de evitar que las investigaciones no obtengan los resultados esperados, se sigan presentando aquellas inconsistencia por la falta de experticia y de conocimiento en el adecuado diligenciamientos de los formatos e informes que se encuentran estipulados en el manual de Policía judicial y que un inocente esté en la cárcel o un culpable en la calle. Lo anterior se evidencia en la no implementación de una cátedra específica donde se aborden estos temas para ser llevados al contexto real que viven los servidores en el momento de efectuar las diversas actividades en los actos urgentes. Por consiguiente, es importante que las citadas facultades y centros de formación diseñen en su currículo, los pensum con la didáctica apropiada, que esté encaminada a ofrecer estos conocimientos y se adquieran las destrezas requeridas en el momento de enfrentar en la vida real, aquellas labores tan delicadas y especializadas en el tema del diligenciamiento de las formas de cada institución en lo relacionado con material bélico. |

It is essential that officers, non-commissioned officers, judicial police officers, as well as undergraduate law students, obtain basic knowledge of the activities they carry out in urgent acts, in order to prevent investigations from not obtaining the expected results, to avoid inconsistencies due to lack of expertise and knowledge in the proper filling out of the forms and reports that are stipulated in the manual of judicial police and that an innocent person is in jail or a guilty person in the street. The above is evidenced by the lack of implementation of a specific chair where these issues are addressed to be taken to the real context experienced by the servers at the time of carrying out the various activities in the urgent acts.
