El propósito de este ensayo es observar que consecuencias ha traído la proliferación de armas y su comercio ilegal entre Alemania y Colombia con el objetivo de abordarlo desde el punto de vista del conflicto armado entre el Estado colombiano y los grupos armados ilegales a causa del contrabando. Luego se busca entender cómo funcionan las leyes alemanas en cuestión de armas a nivel de uso interno y sus reglamentaciones legales para la exportación de estas; además se busca entender como manejan el termino conflicto armado dentro de otras naciones para su beneficio económico. Por otro lado, se hizo una consulta para saber como se maneja la vulnerabilidad territorial en Colombia en cuanto al comercio internacional, ya que se encuentra bastante débil en su ordenamiento territorial y aun más en su organización regional; de esta manera evitar los riesgos de corrupción dentro del territorio. Por último, pero no menos importante, determinar cómo se desarrolla la aplicabilidad de la norma internacional BASC dentro del territorio colombiano, para regular y mejorar continuamente la seguridad y el control operacional del comercio internacional. |

Then it seeks to understand how the German laws in terms of weapons at the level of domestic use and their legal regulations for the export of these work; It also seeks to understand how they handle the term armed conflict within other nations for their economic benefit. On the other hand, a consultation was made to know how territorial vulnerability in Colombia is handled in terms of international trade, since it is quite weak in its territorial order and even more in its regional organization; in this way avoid the risks of corruption within the territory.
