Lo anterior cobra mucha importancia en un mundo cada vez mas globalizado y en donde la priorización de necesidades no siempre se hace dentro de un enfoque de análisis serio y riguroso, es responsabilidad de los gestores y ejecutores de proyecto realizar una adecuada gestión del riesgo, integrando el entorno particular social, ambiental , político y técnico y tomando lo mejor de los casos de éxito del sector y aprendiendo de los errores cometidos previamente, todo lo anterior bajo los lineamientos de las leyes y de las normas específicas aceptadas universalmente para una adecuada gestión del riesgo. |
