Colombia ha estado sumergida en un conflicto armado que ha superado las cinco décadas, que se ha generado a partir de una serie de transformaciones de grupos al margen de la ley como las Farc, Eln y Paramilitarismo entro otros, que ha generado gran tensión en las relaciones con países hermanos como Ecuador y Venezuela. De tal manera ha emergido la necesidad de retomar y fortalecer la seguridad por medio de drones con tecnología robótica de punta en 3D para ejercer mayor control en dichas fronteras, pensando en la cooperación transnacional para evitar conflictos precedidos por la falta de reacción y apoyo, y de esta forma acabar con la insurgencia y grupos al margen de la ley, que han utilizado la frontera como corredor especifico para el logro de sus actos delictivos. |
