La presente investigación retoma el escenario en que se descompensó el sistema político de Egipto para el año 2011 a manos de los ciudadanos inconformes, principalmente por el fraude en las elecciones legislativas que habían permitido que la figura de Hosni Mubarak cumpliera casi tres decenios a la cabeza del régimen. Desde la visión de las revoluciones no violentas se analizará la percepción de los ciudadanos egipcios, como sujetos políticos, que para el siglo XXI evolucionaban a través del imaginario político-social impuesto y aceptable bajo un régimen, que con el tiempo tildaron de autoritario, liderado por el presidente Mubarak. Debe aclararse que una revolución no es espontanea como tampoco lo es una transición de un régimen a otro, en este caso del autoritario al democrático. Por ello no se está a favor ni tampoco en contra de la democracia occidental, tan solo se pretende inferir a modo de comparación acerca de las características que harían o no del proceso egipcio hasta el presente, un sistema democrático propio y válido. |

From the perspective of nonviolent revolutions this investigation will analyze the perception of the Egyptian citizens, as political subjects in the twenty-first century, who had evolved through his politico-social imaginary which had been imposed and accepted under a regime that was denominated by citizens like authoritarian, led by President Mubarak. It should be clarified that a revolution is not spontaneous and the regime transition to other neither is it, in this case from authoritarian to democratic regime.
